  • At the New York Zen Center for Contemplative Care: Secured funding and led a pioneering research project to demonstrate the efficacy of a contemplative approach to caregiving; as the lead fundraiser, increased major donor contributions by 40%, established institutional giving initiatives that secured over $500,000 in grants, and launched a sustaining member program that generated $120,000 annually by the second year.
